At Hyperzoned, we aim to provide the best experience for our users. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple refund policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of your original payment date.
- Refunds apply only to the most recent payment for an active subscription.
- After 7 days, payments are non‑refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with:
- The email address linked to your Hyperzoned account
- Your payment receipt or transaction ID
- A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request
- We will process all eligible refunds and respond within 5‑7 business days.
3. Non‑Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel before the next billing date.
- Refunds are not issued for inactivity or lack of use of the app.
- Refunds are not issued for issues outside our control (e.g., internet outages, device problems).
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be provided only if a service issue on our side prevented access to Hyperzoned features during your subscription period.
